Steps to Spirit Singing
Every morning I meditate and sing.
I get into a comfortable position.
Sometimes I’m sat under a blossoming tree or standing in my kitchen waiting for my tea to brew – feeling comfortable is key.
I take slow deep breaths, getting the air into my lungs, filling them from the top to the diaphragm.
I let my mind drift to loved ones and happy moments, allowing smiles and giggles to come out.
When I feel warm and safe a note appears from my lips. A pure golden sound that feels and tastes wonderful as it pours from my mouth, like a beam of golden light.
My mind merges with the sound and this sounds forms into song.
